Areas of specialty include; anxiety, depression, behavioral problems, stress management, healthy relationships, adjusting to change, grief, and life transitions. Preferred modalities include; cognitive behavioral therapy, behavior modification, and mindfulness techniques.

Brittni’s approach is a more holistic approach assisting clients with utilizing alternative methods to work through difficult situations they may be dealing with in their lives.

Brittni’s goal with working with clients and families is to assist them with living self-fulfilling and enjoyable lives. My goal is to make each and every client feel comfortable upon the initial visit that they gain the strength and courage to make great strides towards their identified needs in an environment that they feel safe in. I believe in making each person matter and listening to every voice because your voice matters. I believe strongly in fostering healthy relationships, helping maintain strong and healthy families, and combating any struggles within childhood to build the healthy adult.
